Course Description

In this module participants will understand the process of creating and developing business opportunities. Participants will also understand the importance of managing and documenting the innovation process. The module stretches all the way from the pre-idea stage, to the creation of the business ideas, identification of market demand and competitive analyses and finally to issues surrounding the actual branding and launch of the product or service. - Understand the process of creating, capturing and delivering the value. - Defining the right value proposition, customer channels and relationships. - Operationalise the minimum viable product into product-market fit using a viable business model.
